We often get asked common questions prior to starting a job such as with blown double glazing repair. Below are some of the most frequently asked questions.

Are you VAT registered?
Are you insured whilst you are doing the work?
We have a high public liability insurance of £5,000,000 as we do a lot of work for schools and housing associations.
Is there an initial call out fee?
Do you need a deposit up front to do the work? Or how do I pay?
Once we have completed the work and you are happy the fitter will give you the invoice or Annette can email the invoice from the office. You can either give the fitter a cheque or on the invoice it has our bank details so you can transfer the funds via online banking – the choice is yours.
My windows have misted up - can you just change the glass and not the whole window?
Do you take any form of card payments?
